Shipping must be paid by the buyer and the artwork has to be sent in the same packaging/Royal Mail parcel force and returned in perfect condition within 14 days. Any damage must be paid for by the buyer. Also, the original transaction fee taken by the payment company will be charged. A refund will be sent once the art has been checked.
